Essence Healing Arts Centre, a newly formed massage therapy collaborative business, opened it's doors 11.4.13. The group is comprised of experienced, licensed massage therapists with an eclectic array of specialties. Essence is located at 285 Forest Grove, Suite # 102, in Pewaukee.

Kathy Rink, licensed massage therapist, has been in active practice in for 22 years, the last 10 years in the Pewaukee area. She integrates several soft tissue release techniques in her healing sessions, such as strain-counterstrain (a passive positional technique that arrests muscle spasm, allowing the muscle to “reset” to a more normal resting length) , myofacial release (connective tissue release), neuromuscular therapy, along with Reiki. Reiki is a Japanese energy technique for stress reduction and relaxation. Kathy is a Reiki Master/Teacher. Dana Zillmer, a licensed massage therapist and Reiki Master, has been in active practice in Pewaukee since 2002. Dana offers an Integrative Massage which combines Deep tissue and Sports Massage, allowing for greater mobility and range of motion. She also specializes in Chi Nei Tsang, which is an ancient Taoist abdominal massage technique. It helps with digestive, reproductive and postural disorders. Laura Haberstroh is a licensed massage therapist that has been practicing in Lake Geneva for 6 years and has 10 yrs. experience. She brings Cranio-Sacral Therapy to the forefront of her practice. Cranio-Sacral Therapy helps with TMJ issues, post concussions, post-operative adhesions and alleviates a multitude of health issues. Laura is a certified teaching assistant with the Upledger Foundation, (Cranio-Sacral Therapy training), and also is a Reiki Master. Kelli Lewis, a licensed massage therapist, has been practicing massage therapy for 2 ½ years in the Pewaukee area. She specializes in Deep Tissue.
