I successfully navigated the emotional turmoil caused by my divorce. While divorce is a personal experience, one doesn't have to walk this road alone and so I created a unique three-step approach to help others experience re-formation and healing after divorce just like I did. In using my three-step approach, clients will have a chance to reflect on why the relationship ended, recover from the trauma associated with the break-up and rebuild their lives from a place of wisdom.
