" Hello, I am currently a student at Saint James School of Medicine on the island of St. Vincent. I have lived at "the yacht club" for six months and would not recommend any future student move into this building. From the very beginning of my stay here the living situation has been poor. Issues with the apartment go unaddressed for months and will inhibit your studies. When I, and multiple others, moved into these apartment units I was told the floors would be installed, however after six months of paying rent in full I do not have a floor. Along with the issues of the floor, I had to wait 2 and half months for the internet to be properly installed. These issues were promised to be resolved shortly upon my relocation here, however they were not. Other residents have had problems with the management here as well, these complaints go unheard and are sometimes even blamed on the residents; when the problem is stimming from unfinished or neglected building maintenance. "
