" Visited in December 2017 all inclusive four day vacation. The hotel was clean and staff friendly the food however horrible. No variety in the menu if you plan to stay more than a day you will be eating the same thing the next day maybe in a slight variation. Breakfast the same everyday as well fruits bananas watermelon portugals and cantoloupe, desserts limited to a cake square or pudding same thing the days to follow. Drinks slushy style no real variation either, all mixed drinks just really loaded with lemon juice. Okay so after the four days we were literally hungry for some home cooked food and not the leftovers dished up day after day. My kid started vomitting the day we left my husband and I had horrible stomach aches and was rushing for the next available toilet. Management speaks little or no english so trying to express our dissappointment was futile. We visited many other resorts in the island before and had great holidays even impressed with the food and service. The pools was okay shallow areas for the smaller kids no slides. The evening shows was okay we had a nice Disney show the last day we stayed and was able to get some beautiful photos with the characters. Overall not satisfied wish I had chosen a different resort. "

" The worst experience of my life.
Rooms: They have a mafia to whom deliver the rooms. They replaced ours in our face and gave us one with an unbearable noise, we asked for change, to the point of threatening that we were leaving and so they gave us a room in low silver without any protection since the doors of the terrace did not have any insurance and It faced a pedestrian passageway. (anyone could push the door and enter)
The food: although they make an effort to supply it to the client because of the situation of the country, you have to compete for it because of the kind of people who frequent this hotel.
pool and beach: again the hotel does everything possible for the supply but it is almost impossible to get snacks, drinks, chairs, beach awning or a simple towel for the same reason of the previous topic.
Attention: it should be noted that the staff is very cordial, friendly and attentive. "
