Callalou is located on Tortola's South side between West End and Road Town, opposite the marina at Nanny Cay. Callalou is a gated, waterfront property consisting of a Main House (2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms) and a Cottage (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom). The property features a large swimming pool and beautiful mature gardens surrounding a lush green lawn leading down to the water. On the water there is a Gazebo, patio and a dock.

The Main House is open and fully air conditioned. A galley style kitchen is open to the living and dining areas. There is a mud room with an oven to keep the heat out of the kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Just through the sliding glass doors from the living room is a large outdoor patio and charcoal grill. The larger bedroom features two double beds, a dresser, closet and built in desk and book shelf. The smaller bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together to form a king bed, a dresser and closet. Accommodates 4-5 people. Pets considered.

The Cottage is tucked in the among trees mere feet from the water. The bedroom is air conditioned with a king bed and built in closets and dressers. The living room is open to a large screened porch along the front of the house. The perfect spot to sit with your coffee in the morning or enjoy a romantic candlelight dinner. Head out the door and steps away is a Gazebo and patio where you can soak in the sun or relax in the shade while watching the boats come and go at the marina. Accommodates 2-3 people. Pets considered.

The pool is secluded from view by beautiful flowering hedges allowing privacy from either house. There is a pergola providing shade and a lawn area for lounging in the sun. The pool ranges from 3-5 feet deep and is ideal for swimming laps or cooling off with a cocktail.

The Gazebo has a swing chair, a table and chairs and small attached patio. There is electricity and fresh water here and wi-fi. The floating dock is approximately 50 feet long and currently has a depth of about 3 feet. It is able to accommodate power boats up to 30 feet. Bonefish and Tarpon are often seen cruising the shoreline along with pelicans and many other birds.
