" You wont find better service anywhere! I really cant say enough about how great our experience was. Our flight was delayed over an hour and he waited at the dock for us. We had some tire trouble that was out of either of our control and he not only took us home, but fixed the flat and brought the car back to us the next morning. Then we accidentally left the keys to the vehicle at the ferry terminal one day when we were travelling to another island. He had come and picked up the car because the people at the ferry port called him to tell him a set of his keys were left. I called once we figured out what happened and he meet us in 10 min to get the car back to us and was not upset at all. I have rented cars on probably 50 occasions and this was by far the best service I have ever had. Dont even consider anyone else if you are visiting Tortola. "

" We did not have a good experience with big sexy car rental. It begins with him being a no show at the ferry dock even though we confirmed our arrival time via email. After contacting him it was 45 minutes before he showed up. The car we received was in very rough condition and not very clean. Two days into the rental we had trouble with the driver side power window not operating and were not able to secure the vehicle. We contacted big sexy and we're told to "use the button to close the window" (duh). We were not offered a replacement vehicle and had to physically pull the window up the rest of the week. After returning home I noticed they charged my account $50 more than the contract. I had to email them twice over two days to get a response and was told " cleaning fee for excessive sand ". Had I known I was supposed to return it cleaner than I received it in I would have spent the 5 minutes to vacuum it for $50. I consider this credit card fraud. Rent a quality vehicle from someone else. "

" Big Sexy Car Rental was the best rental experience I have ever had. Truly service with a smile. Big Sexy is located on the west end of Tortola but was able to pick us up from the airport (east end) and also give us a ride back to airport when we needed to leave. His wife Katie works with him and is an absolute delight to talk with! Couldn't ask for a better couple to deal with during a vacation. I would highly recommend giving Sexy a call before anyone else.
Cars were new and extremely nice. You can see how much he values his fleet.
