TCI Empowerment Center is the non-profit / non-governmental arm of Transformation Church International, that was established to provide tangible solutions to the social ills in our community. It includes Access Bookstore, 2nd Chance Clothes "N" Things Thrift Shop, Grace & Mercy Soup Kitchen and Empower Me Counselling.

Our Mission is Educate 2 Elevate.

For too long, our community has expected government officials to do what God called the church and / or a group of unified people (community) to accomplish. We grumble about the increase in crime, teenage pregnancy, high school delinquents and dropouts and a myriad of other social ills, but do little or nothing to eradicate the problem. We believe a problem should not be discussed unless a solution ensues. Therefore, on September 5, 2010, we launched this organization, as we are committed to be a part of the solution process.

The Center offers a number of needed services, helps raise much needed resources to fund other community enrichment program and services, as well as provides much needed jobs in our community.

We are a Partner Organization of the Virgin Islands Public School System Adopt-A-School Program and proudly adopted Francis Lettsome Primary School in July 2011.
