" Stayed here during our family vacation and had a great time. Condo's are individually owned and the one we stayed in was very nice and comfortable. Maintenance workers keep the grounds very well maintained. The location is great as the beach is a one minute walk and Red Hook (restaurants/shopping) only 1/2 mile down the road. "

" Had a Groupon for 7 nights and had to leave after one night. Our unit was awful....many things didn't work and overall dated and dingy. Each unit is individually owned so if you book here know the details on which unit you're getting. I'm sure some of them are nicer than the one we got. Beach is decent but many of the Beach services were boarded up like the oceanfront pool and dive shop. Groupon refunded my money thank goodness. It's too bad because the sapphire area has lots of potential if it were managed properly. "
