" Hook Line and Sunk my evening. After reading the reviews, I decided to still give this restaurant a try. Two and a half hours after ordering our drinks and food, we received one round of drinks, our appetizers and no dinner. They understood the problem and did nothing to resolve the issue. This is my first bad dining experience while visiting St. Thomas in over 20 years. Avoid. "

" Menu changed recently and maybe the head chef quit, because quality has gone WAY down. Seafood is not fresh anymore and service is terrible. Very disappointing because they were consistently good for several months after Irma/Maria. Not anymore. "

" Very poor experience. This was the first, and the last time I will go there. The service was bad, long wait to get drinks, and an even longer wait to get food. Took us 15 minutes to get our drinks... 5 waters and a Pepsi. The food took about an hr to get there. The food was mediocre at best. I had a chicken sandwich and the chicken was dry, pasta salad had very little flavor, and was dry also. "

" Went here because of the reviews. We were seated immediately and then it went down hill from there. We had to wait on our drinks to start. Then I asked the waiter what the desserts were as I was wanting a dessert and was going to determine my entree order based on if I wanted a dessert. Waiter didn't know what the desserts were and never did tell us. Then when we ordered he didn't write it down, which is ok if you remember to put the order in. We waited 45 min on our food then the waiter stopped by and said our order would be up next. Which apparently was code for I just put your order in. We waited almost an hour and 15 min on our food. The hostess was the one who brought our appetizer and refilled our water. The waiter never offered us a free dessert or anything to make up for the wait. At least the food was good which is the only reason I gave them a star "
