" A fine display of treasures retrieved from shipwrecks on the ocean's floor and an education on the ways with which they were found. There is also a fun and informative area devoted entirely to the history of pirates, complete with an authentic gentleman of fortune on hand to guide you through the displays! My eleven year old daughter and I spent over an hour enjoying all that this museum has to offer, as well as finding some unique pieces of treasure in the gift shop to take home for our personal treasure chests! Well worth a visit, and we hope to return again on our next trip to Saint Thomas--Thanks to Cap'n John, Kathleen, and Rose for sharing with us your passion for the sea!! "

" We visited this museum during our cruise in January 2018 and were pleasantly surprised. The arrangement of the artifacts in the museum were well set up and we had personal guide. At first, we thought that they would 'rush' us through, but our guide took the time to point out facts and answer all our questions, she went at our pace. There are many interesting exhibits on site and we took our time. Captain John Sparrow (Captain Jack Sparrows' much younger brother) stopped by for a visit. The resemblance to Jack, in actions and voice, will cause you to take a second look. Meeting Captain John Sparrow was an added highlight for us. We feel it was worth the admission cost.
