" I've rented with Suite St. John for about 20 years, and they never let me down. This was my second stay at Coco de Mer, but the first time with my kids. We booked spring break with 2 other families (6 adults and 6 teenagers) as we thought the kids could finally appreciate a high end villa on STJ. Coco was the perfect fit for us, and, as always, Suite St. John earned a great review.
The reservation process was easy. Tommy is a true asset! He had the house stocked with our grocery order upon arrival, and greeted us with his usual awesome attitude. He checked on us a couple of times during the week, but fortunately, we did not need anything from him. The house was set up, clean and ready for our arrival. The bedroom layout was perfect for our group. Linens are high quality and plentiful, beds are super comfortable, all furniture is well apportioned and comfortable, kitchen is more than adequately stocked for meal prep, all A/C units and appliances worked great, the Sonos sound system is a HUGE plus (I don't think we ever turned it off... indoor and outdoor speakers), the pool and hot tub were super clean and enjoyable, there were plenty of beach chairs for our group to use, there was even a corn hole set which provided a few hours of entertainment... I could go on.
The location of this villa is superb if you like staying out of town. It is close enough to drive into town, but far enough to make you want to just stay at the villa. We spent a good deal of time down on the Peter Bay beach; couple times walked down, couple times drove down and parked at the beach access. The uphill walk is a little tough, but the parking is perfect to haul chairs, coolers and such down. That beach is perfect for those afternoons you don't want to fight parking and crowds at the usual beaches.
I highly recommend this villa, and anything Suite St. John has to offer... they have always treated me well and I will certainly use them again in the future. "
