" Top notch. I have purchased several properties and must say that the service I received from this husband and wife team was, far and away, the best. We initially met with Joe who knew the island inside and out. He met with us at our convenience and was very patient giving us as much time as we needed. He answered all of our questions to our complete satisfaction. Julie handled the details of the purchase. She was also very patient and didn't try to push us into anything. When problems arose with the sale, she went out of her way in an effort to resolve them. I never had to wait more than a few hours to hear back from her and, when it was necessary, she acted as our advocate whose only concern was our best interests. I would recommend unreservedly.
