" We took four different bus journeys with this company and felt that they generally offer good value and make many efforts towards providing the customer a good experience.
Our first trip was from Nha Trang to Da Lat. We were very pleased to be offered a free shuttle from the bus station in Da Lat to our hotel.
Our next trip was our first overnight bus to Ho Chi Minh. I was unable to book our ticket over the phone due to language issues but at the stations most operators speak English; we were grateful to the man at the ticket counter for recommending a different bus to take that could drop us off in District 1. Because they have two routes that leave every hour, the bus was only half full and we were allowed to switch seats: I would recommend the seats in the back on the aisles for people whose legs are too tall for the beds (prob above 5'9"). The bus and blankets were clean and while we did have difficulty sleeping I would probably blame choosing coffee over alcohol before our ride rather than find fault with the company, the ride was relatively smooth and quiet. Beware though, we were told the trip would take six hours so we had not booked accommodation that night. When we arrived after only four sleepless hours we had to scramble a bit.
Our trip from HCMC to Can Tho also had a free shuttle to our hotel, although getting to the bus station in HCMC was a journey. Also at a stop the driver almost left without us: a station operator got him to stop on the walkie talkie. We were on the bus by the time he told us he was leaving (displayed at the front of the bus) but I guess his watch was fast.
I initially had difficulty booking our fourth journey with them over the phone and had rather impatiently ended the call. I was grateful again when they later called me at my hotel to complete the booking. The shuttle picked us up at Can Tho and brought us to a brand new and comfortable bus to Ha Tien. Where we were again shuttled to our hotel. I even forgot my sunglasses on the bus and the legendary shuttle driver went back and delivered them to my hotel!!
Overall the company employees of company take many steps to make things easier for their customers. "
