" I have stayed here twice with my family and we were very happy with the hotel. But I would recommend to stay on hotel side, book several rooms if you come in as big room. It's closer to the beach and big pool, whereas the villa side is a bit inconvenient to visit the beach, we had to call for their pick-up and waited quite a bit. But overall, everything is very good. The breakfast dining room was at about 120db due to the loud talking parents and their shrieking children. Lots of nose picking and bellowing in the common areas. Couldn't wait to leave. Choose a smaller hotel for peace and quiet. "

" If you are looking for a stressful vacation come here. No space on the beach or pool. I am not talking only about one pool but also about the Novotel Villas pool. What does it cost you to put more sunbeds? I mean you make enough money with tourists here anyways so be so kind and give them a proper service. They are still building a huge resort around the hotel so there is very little to do. Drive to the city centre is 20 minutes. The bar does not have music at night. It just feels like there is no care for tourists... If they continue like this the Island will go to s****. I will spare the staff which is very nice and motivated. However, if you have the choice to go somewhere else such as Thailand (better service) or Cambodia (less tourists). Take the opportunity and don't waste your money here... "

" Beautiful garden and sea views. Room conditions and breakfast are good. However, some staffs seemed untrained. The lobby is the most serious. When I checked in they didn't greet me at all and just watched me. When I asked for a buggy or shuttle, I had no feedback, so I had to take care of it myself. "

Free gym, ping pong, tennis court and rackets (although free tennis balls are old), badminton, bike, kids room, shuttle bus to the central and airport.
Good food, swimming pool above average, nice bar near the beach.
Beautiful view, garden and ponds with water lily and running water is very relaxing. "

" Very large and new resort. We stayed in a villa and it was huge and seemed like no one had ever stayed in it. There are so many staff members working here. Everyone is very nice and accommodating. Would recommend the resort for the pools, private beach, rooms, and free morning breakfast. Only con is how far it is from everything else on the island. They do offer a free shuttle in to Downtown but it's infrequent. We ended up just paying for taxis back each night. This place would be ideal if you have a driver or rent motorbikes. "
