" Gym is full of expensive, complicated tools but is missing the one most basic one (I never saw a gym without it). Sauna is only 70 degrees. Marketing manager was not nice and I heard to many times "I don't care" and "no". I used some coupon that gave me 2 weeks free trial which said that after 2 weeks I'll get a 2 millions discount on 1 year offer - marketer was constantly saying "no"... I wanted to join for 3 months and bring 2 friends with me, marketer only said "I don't care"... I got only one scum offer: 2M VND per month at the gym where all instructors and clients are constantly on the smartphones, most people come not for a real training but just to show themselves there. Low score is mostly influenced by marketer and the poor offer that I got (for 3 moths period). "

" The equipment is great but the customer service is absolutely terrible if not worst! I tried out the promotion package: 1 month for 700,000 VND which includes 2 PT sessions. The first day I was greeted with a sale man who took 5 mins to show me around the place and spent the next 45 mins to explain to me why I should sign up for a membership (18 or 36 months) right away. He kept telling me that there's a promotion and it only lasted for today. I refused and told him that I needed to try out the place first.. The next day they signed me up for a PT who spent 20 mins to went over some basic drills and the next hour to persuade me to sign up for a PT program! Since I wanted to do all the steps right, I signed up for a PT package: 4,000,000 VND for 6 PT sessions + 3 free extra PT sessions. It came to about 444,000 VND/session. Later I found out that some people paid only half the price for a PT session! Luckily I didn't sign up for a yearly membership yet. I was offered 10.6 mil for a 18 month silver membership but then a guy told me he paid 15 mil for a 36 month platinum membership!! Beware of these offers or you'll be scammed!!! (I gave an extra star for the equipment otherwise it would be only 1 star!) "
