" Hotel is nice. Staff is nice. The most expensive accommodations of my Vietnam trip, aside from the overnight cruise in Halong. In short, Halong is no way worth the money. If you need to see floating mountains plan for 2 nights and most and get out. 10 cities on my trip and Halong is just the worst. All other place I went were amazing. No good food in Halong either unlike the rest of Vietnam.
Don’t accept room 2005 on the 20th floor. It’s right below the restaurant and that’s all you’ll hear all night. They moved me to the 17th floor and I could still somehow hear neighborhood dogs barking all night.
When I checked it no one made me aware of he included breakfast. I saw this the morning I was going to check out on my reservation details. I went down for breakfast and 9:30am and they stop it at 9am. So there’s that too. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
1.6 million dong per night. Second most hotel was 700,000 dong in Nha Trang. And I thought that place was a tourist trap. "
