Staff were rarely at the front desk but would run over if required.
The balcony isn't really an balcony as is so, so tiny.
Fridge turns off every time you leave the room so is useless.
We had no hot water on 3 occasions and we told the receptionist and they said they would turn on and didn't apologise. "

" Awful place. Cockroaches and ants everywhere. Dirty toilet, sliding door to balcony doesn't close all the way. Triple the price of hotels nearby that are cleaner and roach free. No front desk reception past 11ish. I would give it zero stars if Google reviews allowed me to. I implore you not to stay here, for your sake not mine. "
