" The place was clean and beautiful, breakfast was great, with lot of variety and even some eggs just cooked for you. Location is excellent. I loved it!
But the best thing about this place is the service:
- They allowed us to leave our bags there 2 days before check-in since we were going to sapa first and it was very convenient to not have our big bags with us.
- When we arrived from Sapa in the night train, they let us enter the building 5 am in the morning so we had a place to stay until room was ready.
- Ms Kate was there for our whole reservation and she made all the efforts so we could have the best experience, she handled laundry for us, recommended some places to eat and when we left, she called a taxi for us and provided to-go breakfast. Thank you! "

" Nice buget friendly spot to stay at. Everything is within walking distance but far away enough for quietness. Also worth noting is that check out time is 10am and cost 1000 every hour if you choose to extend. This is a first. "

" Very nice little hotel with great staff. Room was ok, with good bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast was fine, without diary products but there were fruits and cereals so i was ok with it. Special thanks to Lilly on the reception, the most friendly and helpful receptionist I've ever met :) definitely recommend to every traveler. P.S. Location was just great! Few minutes from main landmarks. "

" It is now called Hanoi Avatar Hotel.
Staffs greeted us upon arrival with complimentary drinks and fruits and gave us plenty of recommendations on things to do in hanoi. Room is clean with beautiful interior design. Breakfast buffet has adequate varieties ( fried noodles, custard, omelette was good). Overall Good value for money. "

" The staff is friendly and they will give you a lot of nice recommendations. The room is very weird. We stayed there two different times. The first room was very small. You couldn't even move your luggage from one side to the other b/c of the bed. Also, one of the rooms had the toilet and shower right next to each other. Lastly, the free breakfast is very limited compared to other places. "

" Stayed 4 months ago, arrived late and were greeted with friendly staff, next morning we were given maps and explained where the old town was, things to see. Ryan helped us with booking tours, overnight train and suggesting places to visit ! A great help! Breakfast was a convenient option in the morning . "
