- Propagating and building the movement of voluntary blood donation.- Building a network of communicators, volunteers, training in propaganda skills, mobilizing voluntary blood donation.- Organizing teams of blood reception: currently has 01 fixed blood receiving point, 06 mobile blood reception teams.- Managing and coordinating the staffs of blood reserve and of rare blood donators. Encouraging and guiding different types of blood donation clubs: Blood Donor Family Club, Rare Blood Club, Red Journey Club.- Mobilizing domestic and foreign donors to develop the facilities, materials and techniques of the Center for voluntary blood donation.- Commending and honoring blood donors.
