" Good one to stay in Hanoi. Location is great. There are a lot of beer crafts, cafes and restaurants nearby. Room is well furnished with comfortable beds, bathtub, draw, closet and so on. During my trip everything went smoothly and I had no thing to complain about. Buffet was nice. Staffs were friendly as well. "

" Room was really nice and big with a nice clean bathroom. Comfortable bed and housekeeping great. Staff were professional but weren't too friendly. The only place we stayed in Vietnam where they didn't have baggage service (which didn't bother us besides the fact every single other place went to the effort), also no attempt to make us feel comfortable. Previous place in the same city gave us tips on where to go and places to see. Would stay again as we know what to expect there and rooms were great. "

" Part of our Intrepid tour of Vietnam. This hotel was clean and fairly good condition. We stayed in 2 different rooms as we had a short trip in between. First room was large and had a separate bathroom but the air condition kept failing to switch on; reception fixed the problem quickly each time it happened (3 times). The second room was smaller and had a bathroom separated by opaque glass panels which was OK but there were large area's where you could see in easily meaning it didn't feel very private. Both rooms had front facing views of a huge bank skyscraper, so nothing to see here other than office workers who could see into our room - we had the curtains closed a lot as a result! Breakfast good, staff helpful. Bar on top floor was not open, so we bought our own drinks and sat there with our group, saved some money I guess! "
