" Not that best. Adequate and friendly. The only time I have checked in and the tour guide says he will wait around in case there are any issues with our rooms. Out of 10 rooms 5 of us had to change. Rooms are smelly. They ought not turn the account off in a humid country or you will get moldy smells.
Breakfast buffet is good. Not fancy but has basics, cook making eggs, chicken sausage, coral, boiled rice.
It's cheap, it's not far from Old Quarter distance wise but driving with traffic makes it as long as walking. "
