" I went on the Hue City Tour yesterday and was disappointed with our tour guide,Vy. He did not provide much information about the many wonderful places we visited. He dropped us off with a bit of information and then said we had free time. A tour guide is supposed to tour you around and provide interesting information. He should guide you around the sight, not leave you alone. I learned nothing about the pagoda at all. He told us very little about the Citadel, just told us when to meet him later. Other tour guides stayed with their group and gave information and answered questions. Not Vy.
We had a girl in a wheelchair and Vy never lifted a finger to help her. Three other males from the tour group helped lift her and her wheelchair up and down many steps. I found this uncaring on his part. He seemed only concerned with making sure everyone paid and counting people. "
