We are Accredited Mediators (with the Ministry of Justice Courts & Administration in Samoa) since 2012 and have been mediating successfully since then. The cases handled have been referred from the Ministry through its Court Annexed Mediation Unit(CAMU)

As a means to expedite and facilitate the settlement of court cases, the Min. of Justice now refers most civil matters from the District; Family and Supreme Courts to Mediation in the first instance. In the event they are not settled, then the cases are referred back to court. All this takes time and money.

We recognise the suffering, pain and stress brought on by being in a constant state of conflict, can be debilitating, emotionally draining and can greatly affect one’s health. There is also the matter of financial burdens that come with it.

It is with the desire to assist grieving parties to resolve their disputes in a timely manner, thereby lessening the pain, suffering, stress and financial pressure as well as helping to mend and restore relationships, that we have agreed to offer our services directly to the public.
