" When I arrived I got greeted with a full plate of fresh fruit, sweet buns, cold water and lemon thee. Serious; I haven't experienced a better welcome ever. The fale's are traditional and really nice and you can see turtles swimming by right from your bed. When I wanted to walk to the shop to get some beers, they offered me a ride in their car instead. Dinner was absolutely amazing so was breakfast. The only down-side is that the beach is a bit rocky, but because of that you get the turtles. For only 70 tala a night a real bargain, and better customer service then a five star hotel. "

" Visited the Beach Fales beginning of August 2016. Jacinta was a lovely host.
I just stayed two nights (because I had to leave to the Airport) but if I would have had more time, I would definitely stayed there longer.
Breakfast and Dinner is inclusive and the price is one of the cheapest around (I can't quite remember the price for a night but I compared the prices in Manase).

A great place to relax at the beach of Manase, go snorkeling (you can hire the gear at the reception) or explore the rest of the island.
The gasstation (with a little shop) is about 15m across the road. The time I've been there they were rebuilding some land they lost to the waves. The Wavebreaking construction (Let them tell you about the history about their Fales and how a lot of that was lost, it was really interessting, at least for me.) prevents the see from consuming more land and turtles feed there in the early morning and early evening hours (just before dinner when I've been there, so some time before sunset) so climb on the rocks or have a look while still laying in your bed in the fale.

If you have a chat with Jacinta feel free to say hello from Jonas (from Germany) for me.

Give them a call to see whether they have a fale for you. But if you can't manage to call you'll find a place to stay somewhere in Manase for sure. "
