" Most unprofessional service ever! After enquiring about a altenator for a H100 and explaining to the sales agent that I'm almost 400km from them so I need to make sure about the part he put the phone down in my ear. Phone the manager and he gets agetated with me and recon that I must just buy it and send back if it's wrong. Funny, the company has a policy about no refund on electrical parts. They surely doesn't need my hard earned money! "
