Models for Africa was informally established 20 years ago by Brandt Wepener's passion for cars, particularly Porsches.
In the earlier years the company traded at flea markets and car swop meets.
A close corporation was registered in 2001 and traded at shop w43, East Rand Traders Flea Market.
A new shop opened in March 2010 at the Venter Centre, Rietfontein Road, Boksburg.
