" I had the most terrible service ever at Burgesfort game stores. Yesterday i went to buy Explora decoder with installation, then they told me since it was late they going to sent someone today to install my decoder. This morning at 10:32 i called the store to check with them, a lady answered a phone then transferred me to where i can get help but where i was transferred i wasn't assisted with wat i wanted to ask them, they said i should leave my contact details which i did nd they'll get back to me, I waited and an hour later i still waited for that call. Then now when i call the store they just ignore my calls, i only get an automated machine response. I have never been so disrespected ever in my life. It's my first time experiencing this kind of a bad service from Game stores. I'm so disappointed if i had my way i would even return the product back but i can't. "
