" From the very beginning i have had trouble with these people, my internet was slow and the up time was beyond unreliable. Then i am told its my antenna and i must replace it with one supplied by them. So i made an agreement with the owner if within 3 months, i have the same result i get my money and he takes his antenna. Low and behold those 3 months went like a dream...............BUT after the agreed 3 months i was back to square one and him with my money in his pocket.
I am now even forced to have a backup vodacom internet dongle for WHEN i have latency and disconnection problems.
They do NOT reply to e-mails, and they answer the phone every 9th time you call. The owner and his wife whom performs the secretarial duties, has not even been in office for almost 9 months now.
Furthermore it took me 8 MONTHS just to get my receipts for the previous months paid. I understand its because none of the book work had been done on the system.
I can provide ANYBODY with proof in the form of latency/ping test and downtime screen captures.
THESE PEOPLE ALMOST MAKE TELKOM LOOK GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "
