" Poor service, never provided me with feedback, when I got back my car they did not repair everything that they were supposed to repair. This is an extremely busy panel beater and it seems that customers service and customer satisfaction is not a very high priority "

" Not a nice experience. Innitially they were helpful but of late it has taken almost 2 months just to order a water bottle! Let alone that the order was placed the same day I fetched my car on 22/08/17. Pathetic! "

" I had a very bad experience with this company!! The service from the staff is absolutely shocking!! They make promises they can't keep w.r.t. due dates, and, their staff never follow up on requests. In order to get things done, you have to physically go there all the time!! If you're looking for a headache, then go there. "
