" I was looking for a florist who would deliver to Ballito, SA to my partner who was on holiday with her family. I wanted something that was beautiful to look at that would also brighten up the house for the family as well as surprise my other half. Being that I was ordering them from the south of France I couldn't see the flowers until the bouquet was made, which always makes ordering what you want quite tricky. After emailing A few companies (all of which seemed to be online companies who then go through local florists for their flowers, which often leaves you with a delivery of flowers you did not order due to florists not having the specific flowers that are being sold to you in the pictures) I finally came across Ballito florist who said they were a local company. For me this is much better as you actually end up with a product that you ask for. I dealt with an extremely helpful lady named Lorraine who told me what type of flowers they had and in which colors. After picking a few of the options given to me to start my bouquet, Lorraine helped further with a few ideas of her own on how to make the bouquet special. Once we had decided on the final arrangement I asked if It were possible to be provided with a photo before the flowers were sent off to their destination. Soon after providing my phone number to the team I received a photo from Lindiwe of an absolutely stunning bouquet of flowers. I believe the driver was called Dearest and the delivery was very fast. All in all I believe from my initial email to choosing the flowers and having them delivered, took only an hour and a half, tops! My experience with Ballito florist was a fantastic one and I am very thankful to the whole team for their combined efforts. Their flowers are of very high quality (bouquet looked beautiful for weeks) and very affordable. Payment was sorted out by the team via email as I was paying by credit card and was completely hassle free. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them and I would highly recommend using them to anyone in need of a great flower arrangement.
