" this is one of the most pathetic companies i have dealt with, no customer service, no compassion, no respect for their clients well-being. I have mold and dampness that has damaged my built ins and all the clothing clothing and goods in it are damaged but they want proof and take pics of the cupboards from the front . Yet the paint on the walls next to it are stained and even flaking.... I have a 14 month old son who is asthmatic and has been in hospital 3 times for chest infections and i am sure this is not helping him recover. i was not late in the claim nor was this over damage caused over months as they say. "
