" REVIEW CHANGED FROM PREVIOUS TO.....We went back in july last year, spur had New managers. We had a bad experience with previous managers and spurs was good to redeem the vouchers. Food was v. Good, management was friendly. My waiter was friendly and paid attention to us and was able to tactfully and sucessfully upsell other products to my family. His product knowledge was excellent. What an asset to your company. A very pleasant experience this time around! "

" My son was very happy to be there, as with his mother we had our meals, while he was well looked after at the kids Playroom. The whole meal was delicious and when my son came back from the kids Playroom, he had his delicious kids meal waiting for him... which he really enjoyed. Spur, keep up the good service. "

" We have been a spur family for years. Keylago Spur we visited you twice during our holidays and you disappointed us on both occassions. First day, your burgers were dry and tasteless. Came back at the end of the week your points machine was still not working. Arrived at 6 served starters at 6.30. Served mains @ 9.30. Incorrect orders, cold and my daughters food burnt. All our foods came at different times. When we confronted the manager she was rude and told me that I was lucky to be served as the kitchen was overwhemed. The machine was also once again off line. We were told our points would be loaded and customer service informed that the manager from Keylago spur would send me a letter - to date no letter no points loaded. V.dissppointed "

" Love Spur in general but this one was okay. Received a cold chicken burger, hubby's rib burger was a bit burnt, Mom's sauce for Texan Burger took age to arrive after receiving food. Enjoyed the environment though. "
