I play Touch Rugby for The Sharks and I seldom get enough time to recover properly, but Carmen always makes sure that I am in the best shape possible and she manages me extremely well. Carmen has a holistic approach to how she diagnoses and treats injuries, and she focuses more on the cause and less on the symptoms which really works.
Her rehab exercises are always on point and have cut my recovery times down considerably. I recommend her to all of my family and friends, all have loved being treated by her and have themselves started to refer her as she is professional, passionate, great at her job and an amazing person.
