It should be renamed Sunset Party Cruise - the music was so loud it hurt the ears and made conversing difficult. So if you are wanting a relaxing, magical experience soaking up the sunset on a catamaran - this is not the one for that.
The actual handling of the catamaran in the water was great. "

" Went on the Spirit of Victoria which was something new. Actually booked and bought the Escape Cat which was a smaller vessel with a covered roof and much fancier and was booked for a wedding so was disappointed that there was no communication even though my ticket option was for Escape Cat. The Spirit of Victoria wasn't bad at all and was rather fun and was tilting as the wind blew over the ocean. It was something different and didn't regret. "

" It was a cloudy day in Cape Town and I was looking for something different and fun to do. I came across the 39 foot Escape Cat, a catamaran operated by Wild Horizons at the dock and decided to take a sail out of the port basically into Table Bay which is the Atlantic Ocean. Escape Cat holds up to 39 people with plenty of seating both fore and aft. I was on it with ONLY two other people. Nice cruise about an hour long out into Table Bay, aka the Port of Cape Town. We saw dolphins and seals and a great view of Cape Town, Table Mountain and and the port of Cape Town all from from the water. Reasonably priced, very knowledgeable captain. I asked a lot of questions and he could answer all of them. Safe, clean boat and a nice way to spend time. They apparently see whales from time to time! "

" We took the catamaran sunset tour. Stunning views, good service. Unfortunately didn’t get to see the dolphins. The music was loud and club like, would have preferred no music. Just the sound of the waves would have been perfect! "
