We operate a modern state of the art European (German & Italian machinery) Polyester Strapping plant fully integrated with our own post consumer PET bottle recycling plant in Ndola, Zambia. The plant is capable of manufacturing PET strapping of 9mm up to 32mm wide in various thicknesses and tensile strengths to suit different applications. We are the only manufacturer of PET strapping in Sub-Saharan Africa including South Africa.


We export our world class PET Strapping to over 6 countries within the region (South Africa, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Botswana, Democratic republic of Congo, Malawi & Zambia). Our world class PET strapping product has been accepted by leading companies and we actively compete against Signode, Afcom, Cycklop, Fromm etc. We consider our quality as good as any European or American standard. Our operations are totally integrated with full control of our raw materials to Flakes production and then to Strap extrusion. We have distributors in South Africa, Botswana, Namibia and Zimbabwe.


We also supply STEEL STRAPPING of size 32mm wide X 0.80mm for heavy applications such as Copper bundles or any heavy materials. We supply this to various Copper mines in Zambia and can deliver to Democratic Republic of Congo.
