STEAK DINNER
Reward yourself for your hard work with an expertly cut steak from Cheers Butchers!
Pre-heat a heavy pan to medium high heat with a little oil... Cook the steak for 3 - 4 minutes before turning over and cooking for 2 - 3 minutes,, adjusting cooking times/temperatures to suit preferences Leave steak to ‘rest’ while you add a little butter, sliced onions and mushrooms to the steak pan to collect all the flavoursome juices and cook Serve with fries, potatoes or nshima and the onions and mushrooms.

SPAGHETTI CHEESE (Macaroni style) - a quick, easy recipe from Cheers!
Boil your Milano spaghetti in plenty boiling, salted water following pack instructions - you can add a drop of D’Lite cooking oil to help prevent sticking. While the pasta is cooking grate your favourite cheese and open your Parmalat milk. Drain your spaghetti and return to the pan. Add the cheese, a little Parmalat milk (about 100 - 200ml approx. salt, pepper and a little butter/margarine or tablespoon D’...Lite cooking oil). Mix until cheese melts and serve (no need to cook again).
Serves 4 -6 people depending on portion size/side dishes. Extras: you can add a little mustard/garlic/chilli if desired to spice it up a little!
