INTRODUCTION
Liberty Electronics and Spares is a retail business involved in supplying of electronic spare parts and accessories. The Company was registered in august 2010 and started operating in February 2012 at Simoson Building Lusaka. Our target market is the poor, middle class and the rich of Zambia and some of our neighboring countries.

Our mission is to become the most reliable supplier and a house hold name in electronic spare parts and accessories through honest, hard work and commitment to our clients.

BUSINESS GOALS AND OBJECTIVE
The business is by the end of next year turn into a wholesale so that we encourage other business with no capacity to import to order goods from us and resell in their localities there by creating hundreds of indirect employment.

We intend to open a branch in the copper belt province to cater for our clients who come from Luapula and north-western provinces of Zambia.

GROWTH STRATEGY
We have embarked on the diversification programme so that we maximise the profits and secure the future of our business. The economy of the world changes every minute and so the priorities and needs of the consumers change. We are ambitious and ready to remain relevant in our field and to the clients.

Manufacturing is another area of our interest as we grow the business because we understand, appreciate and are convinced that manufacturing is surest way to bring foreign exchange as most of the products can be supplied to other countries.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We sell Television, Radio, DVD’s, Satellite Receivers and Amplifier spare parts e.g. integrated circuits (IC’s), transistors, capacitors, rectifier diodes, fuses and thyristors. Accessories, we stock pool table accessories; cue sticks , cloth, cue chalk, cue tips, cue balls both for snooker and eight ball, white ball, chrome corners, triangles, Perspex and many other pool table accessories. ELECTRONIC ACCESSORIES; TV panels 14, 21, and 29.’’ DVD cards, universal remotes of all home appliances, satellite dish 60cm, 90cm and 110cm. Computer accessories, DVD players, satellite Receivers, complete and naked speaker all sizes, plasma TV stands, car modulators, tweeters, crossover units, digital meters, soldering irons, DVD and ps3 game lenses, coaxial cable, AV cable, ac cables HDMI cables and many other accessories.

We offer technical support to our clients at no cost. In the case where clients repairers fail to do the job professionally, we come in and assist with our highly qualified technician.

BUSINESS COMPETITIVE
What make us competitive are our services. We offer sell services and technical support to our clients. We also give notice of the price increase thirty (30) days to our regular customer before there effected. The prices do not change overnight and attractive to our clients.

QUALITY POLICIES
We rely on the quality assurances of suppliers in CHINA, DUBAI, TANZANIA and SOUTH AFRICA who are quality oriented and their brands have never disappointed our clientele and us the importers of these products. Our suppliers have passed ISO 9001 and CCC certification in their countries.
