" As far as hotels in Africa go, i was quite impressed with this one. Incredibly clean, modern feel and fresh look, and very central. Friendly staff willing to help with anything and always lots going on. The restaurant food was also good though the service was a bit slow on each of the 7 nights I was there. There is a buffet most evenings and a la carte for those that want it. Definitely recommend staying here and make sure you check out the crocodiles they keep in their center water feature. No joke, there are five of them! They feed them twice a week if you want to be around to see them do it! "

" My first time there. The beautiful cool breeze and colourful birds chirping while you enjoy a glass of wine by the restaurant is amazingly serene. Absolutely loved that.
The only reason I'm not giving it more stars is that it was a pain to get someone to wait on us. Sort of felt like we weren't being taken seriously. The food was also not up to my expectations. Ordered a medium rare rump and I got medium to well done and when I mentioned that to the waiter after the meal I didn't get a sincere apology. The steak also had some burnt and very bitter bits which made it hard to eat and overall the whole meal was bland.
I'd recommend it for the wine and the breeze by the restaurant. "

" Comfortable and the service is good. The manager is especially lovely. They have a cocktail evening each Wednesday where the staff get to meet and greet the guests, I find that very refreshing. I will definitely be staying there whenever I am in Lusaka.
The restaurant staff is also exceptionally good, even when dealing with difficult patriots. Keep it up guys. "
