" Flavours has a great selection on their menu with ample portions and fresh tasty dishes. Their portugese ribs are delicious and the cheese burger is a mountain of a feast, though normal size if you're American....nshima is well cooked I must add and the layout great. Can also keep up to date on sport as Sports blitz is always on. You can dine both indoors and out doors too. "

Management provided free transport when my card declined. "

" Only go there if you're okay with overcooked food, baked potatoes with blemishes so thick and crusty it's like bark, and service by the wait staff that leaves much to be desired.
From the moment I walked in, I was stood at the entrance waiting for someone to show me to a table. But for some reason they just kept walking past me. I had to signal a waitress and ask her if I had to seat myself or wait for someone to show me to a table.
Once sat at my table, I was left there 20 min (yeah I actually timed it) for the menu to be shown to me. In this time I had hand-signaled three different wait staff, gesturing them to bring a menu. No luck, it seemed I was in the Bermuda triangle of service. I finally called the restaurant on their main line and told whoever picked up that I am sat in their restaurant and I was not being served, she hang up on me. Who the hell does that? Moments later though, someone came over, finally, and I asked as to why it took that long for service? She apologized, seemed genuine to me. No i did not yell, spoke loud enough but not so much so that the next table could hear, didn't want to embarrass the young lady.
Finally I ordered sirloin steak medium rare, (instead got a chewy, dry overcooked steak) which I emphasized twice, baked potatoes (the hard as bark potatoes), pepper sauce on the side (tasted more like onion soup).
Bottom line, never going back, can't recommend the place to anyone. Front Staff and kitchen staff need training and ought to be consistent otherwise why bother with mediocre service? "
