We worked on small cases that involved drafting and filing letter of Demands to claim warranties, redress, compensation for damages caused by supplier negligence etc.In good time we managed to gain a bit of experience legally resolving related conflicts. The biggest challenge we faced was leak of proper legislation that governed the regulation of consumer rights but despite the hard setbacks our enthusiasm & curiosity to expand our field of knowledge increased, while we assisted several clients achive justice together we won a great number of cases against unfair companies & individual business practices we achieved what seemed impossible using our self taught expertise. In December 2019 we witnessed our biggest breakthrough the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) was enacted, the passing of this bill was long awaited and made consumer protection activism much more practical for us..
Through word of mouth we quickly made a name 'as the go to guys' and because it has proven to be an essential service that really makes a difference for victims of unfair trading practices we’ve found pleasure in the service we offer for relief and to date we've successfully been able to monetize our services turning our self acquired expertise into a system that's profitable.

For passive income generation, we use our personal funds to purchase various quality goods and products on sale or offer & we flip them for a profit to keep the service on going and self sufficient.
