Assist with training needs analysis, designing and conducting the necessary training.• Execute and implement corrective measures aimed at improving supplier performance in terms of on-time, lead-time and quality.• Review technical specifications for adequacy and prepare commercial specifications for products or services to be quoted.• Participate and provide input to evaluation team during Request For Proposals (RFP) process, review and contract award.• Collaborates with customers in waste and cost reduction processes, and directed project planning, products launches, market research, strategic planning and sourcing, and negotiations.• Establish lean processes such as 5S, as well as new business strategies, business risk pooling, and inventory policies.• Perform Supply Chain Risk Management Solutions.• Establish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management. Collaborates with customers in waste and cost reduction processes, and directed project planning, products launches, market research, strategic planning and sourcing, and negotiations.• Establish lean processes such as 5S, as well as new business strategies, business risk pooling, and inventory policies.• Country Management Services (including Customer Relationship Management) • Hosts conferences and training.
