Our process is to observe people, watch how they behave and interact, talk to them about what they are doing and how they are feeling. In so doing, we develop an unparalleled understanding of their needs and preferences. On the basis of this understanding we generate a multitude of ideas, build prototypes, share them with customers, and re-design the prototypes as many times as needed until the product or service that is launched is optimised to create joy and delight for the customer.
