" Came to this shop after problems began to surface with my used vehicle purchase. Ended up needing a clutch job, They had my car ready to go sooner than expected and diagnosed several other issues on the vehicle for free. Couple of weeks later found a puddle of transmission fluid in my driveway, I called the shop as soon as I had the chance and they told me to bring it in straight away and were able to fit me in as soon as I arrived. They diagnosed the issue and had the part ordered within 20 mins of me being there, ended up being an axle seal. A couple hours later the car was ready to go and to my amazement they told me everything was taken care of and didn't charge me a single cent for the repair. Excellent service I cannot recommend the shop enough. Big thanks to Shaun and Ivar. Will return to this shop for any of my automotive repair needs. Honest and quality people here "

" Had my 4L60 rebuilt. It runs good, and they gave me a 2 year warranty, so I would definitely recommend 👌👍Not cheap, but I don't want to cheap out on important things I rely on. Thank you "

" Ive got a stupid truck without a transmission oil dipstick. Theres a minor leak i havnt had fixed yet so every couple months i panic to get it in to check the level (usually the day before a road trip). These gentleman got me in the same morning I called and didnt even charge me to check the oil level. They put up with my anxious 20 million questions and patiently helped put my mind at ease, for now...
I'll certainly be returning when I decide to actually deal with the leak and\or in a few months when panic sets in again about my oil level. Thanks guys ♡ "

" Just an update on the work that Kelowna Transmission did on my Hellcat Challenger. They did an OUTSTANDING job. They regularly communicated with me on what parts were needed for the rebuild, they were able to source just the parts required (two clutches, transmission filter and a few other things), they rebuild the transmission and presented the bill which was exactly what they quoted. After driving the car for 500kms or so, they requested that I come in so they could inspect their work - everything was fine. I have since put 3,000 km on the car and the transmission works flawlessly. I strongly recommend these guys for any transmission work. "

" Nervously, I stopped into Kelowna Transmission yesterday to speak to them about a transmission problem I was having with my low km Hellcat since the Dodge dealership recommended replacing the transmission with a brand new one.
Brian was so pleasant as he listened to me speak about the problems I was having, he showed great interest in the photos of the transmission oil and even called back for Randy to come have a look. I felt like they genuinely cared about the issue with my car. They then walked me through the diagnostics process that they would carefully follow and made me feel that my car will be in excellent hands. I felt confident enough to schedule an appointment with them which will be coming up shortly. They made a great first impression. "
