" The shopping centre has got mostly useful shops from grocery supermarket to home improvement to toys to massage parlours. It's an older 1970s mall so it's got some character. Parking may be a problem during meal times where it's swamped by the expatriates and the snooty, chi chi yuppies. Gone are the bohemian shops and hippies. Pity.
The supermarket stands where the old Fitzpatrick stood (in fact Fitzpatrick is the holding company, renamed). It carries Western and Japanese products. Prices can be a bit pricey compared to the other supermarket chains down the other side of Holland Village. "

" Bought a chicken yesterday from your store July 12 with no reduction in price or indication that this should have been eaten the day before (Use by 11 July sticker on the back!!) . This is now the third time I have either bought or nearly bought off meat!! Once I bought lamb chops which were rancid.. nearly bought chicken wings which on closer inspection and the intervention of the very helpful worker on the automatic tills were actually green and now a chicken which should have been eaten 2 days ago. Tried calling store but no answer. For a store which charges very high prices and promotes freshness this is a very bad stock management and could be harmful to public health. "
