" I went to perodua located at rawang town, supposed to have booking before proceed for the service as this place is always packed with lots of cars. Unfortunately I don't get date that I wanted as its fully booked, but the staff are very efficient they suggested if I walk in can do the service but there will be long waiting hour, so before hand they inform me to leave my car at service centre. Which I am totally find with it as I am rushing for the time and I won't be able to bring another date. After the service is done they give me a call to inform that the car is ready for collection, i asked them what time will they close. So they told me close at 5:30pm.. I called them again to ask if they can wait until 6pm as I need time to travel from my house, and I really appreciate their initiative for calling me back to check if I am coming. And I reach at 6:15pm, they was waiting for me with patience and they attend to me with warm smile and greet me even I make them wait almost an hour after their closing time.. Well done rawang PERODUA team! (walk-in might take very long time to service, I send car at 9:45am and they complete at about 3:45pm as the priority is for booking) "
