" Came here for a 2-days event. There was no nursing room but the staff arranged a guestroom for me and another breastfeeding mum. Really grateful for that.
The room is clean and cosy.
The food from the Indonesian restaurant was not bad too "

" + points = very central to the city. Walking distance to Orchard road and Chinatown.
- points = No attention to details in the standard of the room. Pretty basic in standing. Breakfast buffet is not the best as pastries and breads are frozen stuff and flavorless. Lots of Chinese food or Indian variety at the buffet depending on what you like.

" Cozy place, friendly staff, bath tub is a bit old. Fridge is empty for you to fill your own stuff if you want. Other instant coffee/tea, mineral water is free.
There is a mobile phone available with unlimited local calls and LTE data connection. This is a HUGE plus point, you can bring it out and never get lost. But it was not charged when I checked in because power was cut off if there is no card inserted. This can be improved by a always-on power supply to the phone so guest can use it immediately after checking in.
It would be a perfect 5 star if I did not get hurt because of the poorly designed chair. The metal part above the wheel is sharp and not covered by any plastic part. When I moved the chair around, the metal part hit my heel. You can refer to the photo for better understanding of the situation. "

" The function room of the event I attended was large and easily accommodated the 300 or so persons. However air-conditioning was a bit lacking. My wife who easily gets cold found it on warm side. The interior is dark overall probably to convey some place cozy but the dated carpet and fixtures makes it look more gloomy than cozy. The entrance/lobby is a bit out of the way and takes a bit of uncovered walking to the nearest bus stop. On a positive note, the bee Hoon they served was rather tasty and hot and cold drinks service was good. Toilets were clean but again I found a bit not well lit for my taste. "

" Located near to Clarke quay area and Chinatown, one of the older hotel in Singapore. It is well maintained and the fittings have luxurious feel. Definitely will provide a comfortable stay. "

" Rooms are clean and relatively modern, they have kettle, fridge and TV with a comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. The only downside is the distance from the closest tube station, about a 20 minute walk at a fast pace in the heat! Other than that it was perfect for a 3 night stay. "

" It was ok. Booked for four - two adults, 2 kids via Wotif. Get there and our room is for three. We have to pay for an extra bed if we wanted it. Bit disappointed to be honest. Room size ok. "
