Rooms are good and well equipped, located near to bus stop, its just a minute walk. Breakfast menu is good, but would have rated more if more indian menu had been added, given that many guests are from India. "

" Service is awesome and the staff there are very helpful and considerate. Location is very nice as it is near a lot of good food places. The rooms are well maintained and the equipment we used in the event halls are top notch. The buffet at the restaurant is very good and offers a lot of variety.. " Dinner at their porridge buffet; food is very good with quite a good spread. Service staff also good. BUT location access is very far from ideal; there's no MRT station nearby & it's not easily accessible to buses and taxis! "

" I went there to have porridge buffet as supper. The variety was not bad. There were chicken curry, braised duck, herbal mutton, steamed prawns and squids. There were 6 different flavours of ice cream. There was a self-service laksa station. There were rice, noodles, plain porridge and sweet potato porridge. Refill of food was done quite promptly. The service crew cleared the empty plates quite fast too. I had a good experience dining there. "

" Frindly staff, in a woredown hotel.
This hotel is not up to pare! I have spent 1800 nights at hotels, during the last 17 years, and this hotel is among the worst once! Filthy filthy DIRTY carpet, noice woredown AC, where the temp adtjuser was broken in both of the rooms i tried! Windows are not sealed properly, its raining in..
And the WiFi is not working as it should, you loose connection after a few minutes, and the you can strugle 10-15 minutes to get online again
And if they say "we have given you a free upgrade to the execuitive floor, room E22" dont fall for it, its a trap, the room is at toop floor, just next to the realy noisy motors of the elevators.
Spend 20-30 SGD more, and get a much better hotel like i did.
My advice "DONT GO THERE"
