" Great location with friendly staff. WiFi. If all you want is a place to rest at night you can't go wrong with this place. Food at all hours nearby. MTR system and mall at doorstep. Mustafa centre 2 mins walk away. The hotel itself is very simplistic, a room with beds and a bathroom. "

" 3 stars for the accommodating staff. But for the cleanliness of towels and bedsheet 1 star only. The place is near mustafa (24hrs mall) and mrt. But the food stall nearby are quite expensive 5-10dollars. Mostly 10dollars. "

" Be specific when you book online. Especially when you want 2 beds or 1 large bed.
Cons: What you book online is what you get. The water faucet next to the commode was broken. There is no place to stand for shower. No free breakfast. The auntie in the morning to noon shift is very strict and rude most of the time.
Pros: The lady in the evening to night shift is very kind and helpful. Bad Hua (the gentleman) in the morning is very kind and helpful. You can get all the Singapore attraction tickets at the hotel if you want. City square Mall and farrer park mrt are right across the road. A food court right outside the hotel. They have great menus and the coffee is great for only SG$1.20. Mustafa Shopping centre is right behind the hotel. There are two 24 hour mini marts near the hotel. Several eateries near by. And comic book shop in Kitchener complex "

" Room sizes are okay for the price you pay. Could be cleaner though. Whats good about this place is LOCATION. Just cross the road, into the City Squire Mall and you are at the MRT, shops and many takeaway options surrounding the hotel. "

" Hotel location is great. Right across MRT station. Mostafa center is very near. Transport ，eating ， shopping is very convinent. They also provide information and ticket for tourist atraction. The staff are friendly. They also provide a mobile to call to your home country free of charge. As a whole a good choice in a budget especially in Songapore. "
