I received great help and support from Charlotte Puxley team, they were kind to give advice and recommend the best options, based on what I wanted.
They created a very very special bouquet for me, the flowers are amazing, beautiful, very fresh and the colors are just perfect!
Everyone who saw my flowers asked me where I got it!
The bouquet survived 2 hours under extreme hit of Singapore botanic gardens around 12pm and is still alive at my apartment, reminding me about my special day 5 days after!

" I have been using Charlotte Puxley for over 2 years now and they deliver flowers to me every Tuesday . Flowers are always a different variety and looks very unusual and exotic. The communication is very good and they will always send a mail if anything is amiss. The flowers are arranged for the vases I have at home, which I bought from them, so the flowers always sits beautifully when I put them into the vase. I would recommend Charlotte Puxley for anyone who wants a home subscription or even an arrangement for an occasion! "

" Ordered the Matilda and they arrived promptly, but they were completely different from what we had selected online :(
(i.e. color scheme/flowers were completely different from pictured).
So note, the photographs on her website aren't representative at ALL of the product you are purchasing.
At least offer a heads up about any significant substitutions / vast differences from photograph/photograph descriptions, for the purchaser's agreement before delivery.
Can't trust this florist for important events / gifts in the future. "

I work in the service industry and I know how important it is to hear the customer out. For this reason, I’m changing my rating from one star to 5 stars.
(My husband got me a bouquet of flowers from Charlotte puxley for our anniversary. He emailed after placing an order to ask for a confirmation of delivery time but there was no reply.
When the flowers arrived, one allium was crushed. He dm-ed her on IG but she didn’t reply. Seeing that she was still posting on IG stories and new posts, I commented on a post with regards to this and asked her to reply asap but we were ignored. Yet she could continue to post on stories time after time.
The bouquet of flowers wasn’t cheap at all and the customer service is atrocious. No customer should be ignored. I will never ever buy from this shop again). "
