" Showed up for appointment. No one around would acknowledge me. I found someone that seemed unsure if he wanted to help me. He could not find the person needed for my appointment. Some other guy came and started talking to me like I was bothering him. I left and explained what happened to the person that I had an appointment with. She didn't care. "

" I went there to fix my water pump and to fix a loud vibrating noise every time I bring my car to a stop (impossible to stop my car smoothly), so they offer a solution for it for 200 dollars. I pay the 200, and not even 10 feet from the dealer after picking it up, I hear it again. I tell them about it and they claim that it’s a ‘typical noise’???? I’ve driven many other cars and none make that sound, in fact, my car only started making this noise 1,000 miles ago. And if this noise was typical, why would they offer to fix it for 200 dollars? Ridiculous. "

" I called looking for a particular color/package and price 2016 Corvette Stingray. Greg answered and said come on in and see the car. I needed a certain amount for my trade, and the price had to be what I expected. Both of my needs were met to by Connell Chevrolet and I drove off in a little over 90 minutes with my new Corvette. The quickest and easiest purchase ever. I love the model and options they ordered for my particular unit--very contemporary and up to date styling. I'm very happy with this dealer. "
